❓ Frequently asked questions
Still unsure? Message us on WhatsApp. We reply within minutes.
\1 I am a complete beginner. Will I understand this?
Yes. Every course is built for absolute beginners and starts with the very basics. Chapters are short and follow a clear order, so you always know what to learn next.
How many chapters are included?
German has 11 chapters, French 8, Japanese 11 and Korean 11, so 41 chapters in total. German also has a Bonus Pack, Japanese comes with 768 flashcards, printable charts and an Anki/Quizlet file, Korean has a Final Revision & Test, and every French chapter ends with a quick-revision bonus.
Do I need to know Hindi?
The lessons are explained in simple Hindi, and the vocabulary tables also show English meanings. If you read English but not Hindi, you can follow the words and examples, but some explanations will be in Hindi.
Are these video courses or live classes?
No. They are interactive lesson pages that open in your browser, with tap-to-hear pronunciation, quizzes and speaking tasks. Each chapter also links to free official videos and articles. There is no live teacher.
How will I get the files after paying?
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your download link appears on the screen. You get one ZIP with a single file inside. Unzip it and open that file in your browser (Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox). There is nothing to install and no folders to keep together. You can also message us on WhatsApp if you need help.
Which devices does it work on?
Any modern browser on a phone, tablet or laptop. The lessons work offline after download. The video and article links need an internet connection. If your phone's file preview does not open the file, open it with your browser or message us and we will help.
How long will it take?
Each chapter has a 7-day study plan built for 20 to 30 minutes a day. You can go faster or slower, because the courses are fully self-paced.
Will it help me pass an exam?
It builds a solid beginner foundation, but it is not official preparation for any exam and is not affiliated with any exam board. The German course ends with a Goethe A1-style mock test and the Japanese course with a JLPT N5-style mock test. The Korean course ends with a Final Revision & Test.
Do I get a certificate or a teacher?
No. This is a self-study bundle without a certificate or live feedback. It works well as a low-cost foundation before or alongside classes.
Is it a subscription?
No. It is a one-time payment of ₹499 for all four courses.
Can I share the files with friends?
Your purchase is for your own learning. Please do not share or resell the files.
What if a link or file does not work?
External links point to free third-party sites, which can change. Message us on WhatsApp or email support@getdigitals.in and we will help you find an alternative or fix the files.
What is the refund policy?
Because this is a digital product delivered instantly, sales are generally final. If there is a technical issue with the files, we will fix or resend them, and eligible cases can be refunded. Please read our Refund Policy for the full details.
